Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup miracle whip or mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • Tortilla chips, crackers, or rye bread to serve (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients in a medium-size bowl until well blended.
  2. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350 F for 20 min.
  3. Garnish and serve with your choice of chip, cracker, or bread.
