BBQ Meatballs

Makes: 10 servings

Ingredients:

Meatballs
  • 1 lb bulk sausage
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp sage
Sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Combine sausage, bread crumbs, and sage. Shape into balls and brown in pan. Drain fat.
  2. Mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  3. Pour sauce over meatballs in the pan, cover, and simmer until cooked through.
