Fondant

roughly shaped multi-color fondant balls
Ingredients:

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 lb confectioners sugar
  • maple flavor to taste
  • nuts (optional)
OR uncooked marzipan
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups ground almond or paste
  • 2 egg whites

Directions:

  1. Mix well and form into balls.
  2. Dip in chocolate.
