Ingredients:
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 Tbs prepared mustard
- 1 tsp minced onion
- 1/8 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a jar, cover tightly, and shake until smooth.
- Chill and shake before serving.
