Ingredients:
- 2.5-3 lbs chicken things and/or drumsticks, skinned
- 1 16-oz can while cranberry sauce
- 2 Tbs dry onion soup mix
- 2 Tbs quick cooking tapioca
- 3 cups hot cooked rice or couscous
Directions:
- Place chicken in a 3.5-4 quart slow cooker. In a small bowl stir together cranberry sauce, dry soup mix, and tapioca. Pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook 5-6 hrs low, 2.5-3 hrs high. Serve over hot cooked rice.
