Brunchy Egg Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 6 bread slices cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups half & half
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 6-oz package chopped ham

Directions:

  1. Grease a 9x13 pan. Layer bread crumbs, ham, and cheese.
  2. Beat eggs and remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour over layered items in the pan and cover. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350 F for 25 min. Bake covered for another 25 min. Done when knife comes out clean.
