Ingredients:
- 1/4 large green pepper, diced
- 1 Tbs butter
- 1 lb Chesapeake Bay Crabmeat
- salt & pepper
- 1 Tbs mustard
- 4 Tbs mayonnaise
- dash Worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- crab boil seasoning
Directions:
- Sautee green pepper in butter until translucent. Add to crabmeat, salt & pepper. Stir in mustard, mayonnaise, Worchestershire sauce, and mix well.
- Place in a well-buttered casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs. Add a few pads of butter on top. Sprinkle with crab boil seasoning.
- Bake at 375 F for 25 min.
