Crab Imperial

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 large green pepper, diced
  • 1 Tbs butter
  • 1 lb Chesapeake Bay Crabmeat
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 Tbs mustard
  • 4 Tbs mayonnaise
  • dash Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • crab boil seasoning

Directions:

  1. Sautee green pepper in butter until translucent. Add to crabmeat, salt & pepper. Stir in mustard, mayonnaise, Worchestershire sauce, and mix well.
  2. Place in a well-buttered casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs. Add a few pads of butter on top. Sprinkle with crab boil seasoning.
  3. Bake at 375 F for 25 min.
