Grilled Salmon Steak with Tarragon Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 8-oz salmon steaks
  • 2 Tbs reduced-fat mayo
  • 2 Tbs dried tarragon
  • 1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
  • Tarragon sauce - combined and chilled
    • 2 Tbs plain low-fat yogurt
    • 2 Tbs reduced-fat mayo
    • 1.5 tsp dried tarragon
    • 1/2 tsp dried mustard
  • Lemon wedges

Directions:

  1. Spread steaks with mayo & sprinkle with tarragon. Grill covered with the grill lid open over medium 350-400 F for 10 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily.
  2. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Serve with tarragon sauce & lemon wedges.
