Grilled Salmon Steak with Tarragon Sauce
Ingredients:
- 4 8-oz salmon steaks
- 2 Tbs reduced-fat mayo
- 2 Tbs dried tarragon
- 1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
- Tarragon sauce - combined and chilled
- 2 Tbs plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 Tbs reduced-fat mayo
- 1.5 tsp dried tarragon
- 1/2 tsp dried mustard
- Lemon wedges
Directions:
- Spread steaks with mayo & sprinkle with tarragon. Grill covered with the grill lid open over medium 350-400 F for 10 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice. Serve with tarragon sauce & lemon wedges.
