Pillip's Crab Cakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 Tbs mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbs mustard
  • 1Tbs melted butter
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp Phillips Seafood Seasoning

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients and shape into cakes.
  2. Fry until done.
