Rice Pilaf

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 Tbs real butter
  • very fine (pilaf) noodles
  • converted (parboiled) rice
  • chicken broth

Directions:

  1. For every cup of rice, use one can of broth.
  2. Sautee noodles until lightly brown. Add rice and broth. Let simmer until water is absorbed.
