Clam Diggers Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (6 1/2 oz) Snow's or Doxsee Minced Clams drained, reserving 2 Tbs liquid
  • 1 Tbs chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, finley chopped
  • 1/4 Tbs Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
  1. In a small mixer bowl, beat cheese, sour cream and reserved clam liquid until smooth and well blended.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill thoroughly.
  3. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or potato chips.
