Crab Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 8-oz package cream cheese
  • 1 package Knox gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup green onion
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 3/4 cup crab meat or 2 cans
  • 1/4 tsp curry
Directions:
  1. Combine soup and cream cheese. Heat till smooth. 
  2. Dissolve gelatin in water.
  3. Blend all together in sauce pan, off heat.
  4. Pour into mold.
  5. Jello is 2 hours
