Directions:- Peel and slice cukes very thin. Place in bowl of salted cold water in refrigerator for 2 hours or so
- Rinse thoroughly 2 or 3 times in cold water, squeeze cukes to remove seeds (do not mash the cukes). Seeds will remove easily.
- Then add vinegar & sugar to taste (you may have to add a little water to calm vinegar down) Add parsley & refrig. Mix well
- Another way is... instead of vinegar & sugar - add sour cream & a dash of vinegar and sugar
