Marked as "Excellent!"Ingredients:
- 1 can (10 oz) Valley Fresh Premium Chunk White Chicken, drained, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 cup crumbled Feta cheese
- 1 3.25 oz can sliced ripe black olives
- 1 cup grape style tomatoes
- 1 cup diced cucumbers with peel
- 1/2 cup sliced red onions
- 3 cups cooked tricolor Rotini pasta, chilled
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
- Combine pasta, chicken, vegetables, cheese, and olives.
- Mix together dressing ingredients.
- Pour dressing over pasta mixture and lightly toss until coated with dressing. Chill until ready to serve.
Serves 6-8
