Velveeta Salsa Dip

Cheese dip in a bowl with chip and some veggies
Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Microwave Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Velveeta Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, cubed
  • 1 jar (8 oz) PACE picante sauce or salsa
  • 2 Tbs chopped cilantro (optional)
Directions:
  1. Stir Velveeta and salsa in saucepan over low heat until melted. Stir in cilantro.
  2. Serve hot with tortilla chips or vegetable dippers.
Microwave Option:
  1. Microwave cheese and salsa in 1 1/2 quart microwave-safe bowl on high for 5 minutes or until its melted, stirring after 3 minutes. Stir in cilantro.
  2. Serve as directed.
