Easy Oven Omelet

Serves 12

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 18 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
Directions:
  1. In oven, melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2 pan
  2. In large bowl beat ingredients together; pour into pan
  3. Bake at 325 for about 35 minutes

NOTE: I increased items & used a larger pan to serve 17 people
